Butt vs Picnic

Hello all,

Butts have more bark..

Anyway I was doing fine with my Debian testing based distro until I found this site... Running Darkside64 live now, Very nice! Thanks to the Pit Master(s) for all the hard work Cooking...

Thanks all.. pork shoulder, the top part is the picnic the bottom part is the butt. The picnic usually has a fat cap and wont develop good bark ( the outside crust that forms when cooking , lots of flavor from the rub and carmlaize from low and slow cooking ) installing bbq now, at least trying to install
