The silver Dell machine doesnt have a silly name. Its 9 years old, which in computer years mean its already died and risen again. But with a dual core cpu and 1GB nvidia card it does what i want, when i want and isnt as slow as you'd think.

Re: show us your iron
New entry.
I already told you many times I opened a little school with my wife. It's been a year now since the day we started, and the amount of work and paper keeps increasing. Here's the solution: a little server to easily manage all that stuff.
HP ProLiant MicroServer. Cheap (less than 200€), but I couldn't afford something more expensive.
Arrived today, been working on it all afternoon. Pretty minimal setup: Debian sid netinstall, zsh, tmux, cwm, ssh and nfs so far. Tomorrow I'll setup bzr or git to have a sort of versioning control system, cause we share a lot of org files, odt and ods and I need to keep them in sync.

Yes, I was going with stable to be honest, but I'm so used to sid now I changed my mind. It's all your fault, guys.

Re: show us your iron
Yeah I will upload as soon as network is back, wux. Remember today when we chatted on the IRC - I just got hung up by the ISP. Gave them a call, they said they'd check tomorrow, because today it is Chinese New Year, and their repair asshole has already knocked off work. I am connected via GSM now. Fuck my next bill...

Re: show us your iron
Yeah, the year of the lofasz (check it, it's Hungarian) :D
Damned me not to have prepared a psv (?!) file for aircrack. There's at least one WEP idiot in the neighbourhood, and ceni gives me 53% signal for it.
