wow, I cant wait to try out snappy. The way I read this its like dropping an operating system inside of an operating system segregating the Linux distribution from the packages? Sounds like chromiumos heh..not interested. Maybe Im missing how this is a good idea?

Debian's reproducible builds
Debian's way to deal with backdoors. If I understand it right, they build everything multiple times, so it seems like overkill to do it for every package there is, but they must feel that it's necessary...
