Re: /dev/null
And people say we need more furniture. Seems we are doing it right. :)
And yes, the relatively big fridge has to be cleaned. But we are happy to have a bigger one this time as we really need it.
We also love reusing. In this apartment it was the first time that we bought some things but most stuff was already here sans the true furniture. We have so much space and at the same time we have know idea where to put stuff because there are no closets.

Re: /dev/null
Have you ever seen the reality tv show Hoarders? That would be my Dad, and I guess he passed the genes on to me, lols! My wife is the same. It takes us forever to clean a storage room because we always picture a future use for items.
My buddy sends me broken computers that I will rebuild for myself and family members.
Or we buy used ones.
That old loveseat that we threw away was bought at a used furniture store. It was sagging in the middle- coming apart.
I think we may all have genes in common somewhere way back, guys! :)
^ That sounds like my apartment during my college years sans the Thinkpad and add dirty magazines, lols!

Re: /dev/null
^ haha I hear you. Same here. My dad has literally *everything*, "neatly stored". I have literally nothing, but in a complete mess.

Re: /dev/null
^ That's sounds like me. When it's a mess I have no troubles finding stuff.. but when it's neat in place I can't find anything :P

^ Wow, lol.
My comment was unrelated. Seemed everyone had their say in hoarding, so dumped a new topic into the trash...

^I love pools! I would have immediately answered and offered a $100,000 deposit.
I would have then raided my Monopoly bank and mailed him the colorful cash deposit :)
