afaik, titan, diddy and eren are there often, so is tim (ratcheer) and ivo sometimes i believe (if he still keeps to his old schedule). i never go there simply because it wastes too much of my time talking about blahblah :)

He tries very hard but he usually gives up at around 4 AM when he needs to get up in the morning.

Ive been trying to get on IRC for the last couple days but TOR isnt working to well.
I think i know whats causing it, so hopefully i should have it fixed soon.

Usually evening/ night on central time, but if people will be online more I'd get an IRC client on my phone to chat.
I am doing it right, right? Do join a channel and just put linuxbbq in the box next to the pound key?
Never tried IRC before.

Got it, had to figure out how to add change the server. Probably leave my phone logged into it and just check here and there for conversation.

won't that keep you connected? or I would think it might kick you if you go out of 'signal' for a while?
I'll try to stay on there at work, they don't seem to mind.

My signal is usually pretty good at work, shoddy only on the way home. Could use a nicer IRC client though, the one I'm trying now kind of sucks.

tried the webchat too, that was the ban message...
must be that 'monday morning' feeling for the servers too.
IRC channels/ports are normally open, here.

Even I am banned. This has nothing to do with what we actually do in real life. Maybe have a try with the old ##linuxbbq channel (double hash)?
