Dear reader,
the BBQ goes into the next round, 2014, and with the expansion of the release foundation (after adding 'dead meat' and Ubuntu as base) we could consider becoming more independent from Debian and Siduction (whom I endlessly thankful for accepting our leeching of their kernels and fixes)
LinuxBBQ is looking for fellow grillmeisters who are interested in one of the following jobs:
- Package Maintainer (Entremetier)
The maintainer is responsible for creating deb packages for the LinuxBBQ Debian tree from source and feeding them to the repository as well as maintaining the source tree on git.
- Kernel Roller (Gardemanger)
The responsibility is to build an i686 kernel and headers around once a month and an amd64 kernel once in 3 months, and then shipping it to the package maintainer.
Work load: ~5 hours per week, plus core meeting once in 14 days
Salary: a warm fart
Please send a PM if you are interested in one of these positions and if you really can handle it and now what to do. You will have to work freely without hand-holding or instructions.
Your application will be sent to all members of the BBQ core team.
Thanks for reading ;)

Re: Vacant Positions At The Grill
good job i googled them, my personal translations were awful;

gardemanger = keep eating 8D

French names in food are elitist, which is our game of course :)
