Not sure since when it exists but I saw this error today on boot. First of all, it should not be taken too serious :), just ignore it if your system boots and works normally. It is one of those useless boot errors.
If it slaps against your wife's face then probably something went south.

seems to be a kernel thing then, i have sysvinit with the 3.14-4 from siduction, haven't seen this msg :)
