Digging a bit in the issue, I have found:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
xserver-xorg-video-v4l : Depends: xorg-video-abi-8.0 but it is not installable
It seems that xserver-xorg-video-v4l depends on xorg-video-abi-8.0, which is provided by xserver-xorg-core, but that has been renamed to xorg-video-abi-8.
