LinuxBBQ Breaking News

Unread post by machinebacon » Wed Apr 01, 2015 11:44 am

I'm sorry to announce that I have decided to leave the BBQ project today. It has been a fun time, but I have to move on. The minimalistic approach and the elitistic behaviour of the BBQ dev team get on my Möpse.

Thanks to everyone for the fantastic support. I love you guys.

You can find me here, working on a new project.

You're right, MB. We've all been a right bunch of arseholes...especially you, as you're one of the rudest and least helpful members of the dev team. I mean, next to how poorly Wux does with this forum after all the money I pay him each month, you're the most money-grubbing jerk I've ever met.

As such, I've decided to give up on Linux all together and go work full time on Java programming for Windows, and perhaps get rich selling closed-source software.

What a bunch of sad old loosers, aren't we?
I am going to use Linux only for rtorrent. Tired of all this apt-get, Lisp here and there, whatever.

Funny, it's (almost) what my... well, the guy married with my wife's sister, does for a living. He is not rich, but has a good standard of life with four child. But, in his own new job, his brother it's installing 'Ubuntu Mint' (sic).

Saludos.

Now that it's about 45 minutes until April 2nd in my TZ, it just hit me that if MB actually DOES really go to working on his 'new project', I'm probably going to owe someone (multiple ones) an apology.
